Thank you for supporting our Grammar Christmas Fair.

Helping in anyway helps a huge amount! We ask people to contribute by donating:

  • Time - organisation, setting up, on the day slots, packing away

  • Donations of tombola, baking, raffle contributions

  • Spreading the word - promoting the fair for greater footfall

Important info

- You are welcome to bring your child/ren with you to help but obviously you are responsible for them while onsite

- Feel free to wear festive costume – all adds to the fun – but not mandatory

- Hi vis jackets are available for those helping in the car park but if you have your own, please bring it as it’s likely to be a better fit.

- Volunteers may park onsite at BWS while helping but please don’t stay beyond your finish time unless you are visiting the Fair. NS – Gates will be locked after we finish regardless of any cars onsite!
