
Stallholder Liability Terms & Conditions:
Bishop Wordsworth's School requires that Stallholders provide proof of Public Liability insurance and/or accept responsibility for their actions and indemnify the organisers (BWSPA & FoSWGS) and the school, Bishop Wordsworth's School, against any claims arising from operating at the Grammar Christmas Fair.
Indemnification: The stallholder agrees to indemnify the event organiser against all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and costs resulting from injury to persons or property damage that occurs in connection with their stall.

Insurance: It is a common condition that the stallholder show proof of valid Public Liability Insurance, if available.
Scope of Liability: The stallholder is responsible for the actions of any person working at their stall (including employees or volunteers).
Damage to Venue: The stallholder is responsible for any damage caused to the venue's fixtures, fittings, ground, or underground services during the delivery, set-up, dismantling, or removal of their stall.
Compliance with Rules: The stallholder must comply with all market rules, health and safety regulations (e.g., PAT testing of electrical equipment, food hygiene rules), and the instructions of the event manager.
Exclusions of Organiser's Liability: The clause explicitly states that the organisers (BWSPA & FoSWGS) are not responsible for the stallholder's goods, equipment, or loss of trade due to weather or event cancellation.
