Ticket price is £30 plus a small booking fee. Price includes entry, a complimentary drink, food and entertainment.
Ticket numbers are limited. One ticket per booking. Tickets for BWS and SWGS Year 11 students only.
This event is restricted to BWS and SWGS year 11 pupils only. We are unfortunately unable to extend tickets to the wider community.
This is to support with safeguarding responsibilites at this event and to ensure the health and safety of the children is not compromised. The planning committee and venue also need to manage the risks associated with a broader event.
The event venue also has capacity limits, and pupils from the two schools must be prioritised. An agreement has been made that the function can go ahead only if we abide by this policy.
Please note this is a Student/Parent run event supported by the BWSPA & FoSWGS
